Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. is seeking an experienced Loan Officer to join our growing retail team. This role focuses on building relationships, originating business, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the home financing process.

You will develop and manage your own pipeline through self-sourced referrals, Realtor partnerships, builder relationships, and community networking. We value sales drive, relationship building, and helping clients achieve homeownership.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• Prior mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
• Proven ability to self-source and develop referral-based business.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans through self-generated business and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders and other referral sources.
• Build a consistent pipeline through networking and local market engagement.
• Consult with borrowers to evaluate financial data and determine financing solutions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing.
