Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. is seeking an experienced Loan Officer to join our growing retail team.

You will originate residential mortgage loans through self-sourced referrals, Realtor partnerships, builder relationships, and community networking efforts, while delivering exceptional service throughout the home financing process. You will manage your own pipeline, guide borrowers from application to closing, and stay current on products and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• Previous mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
• Strong ability to self-source and develop referral-based business.
• Established local referral network strongly preferred.
• Excellent sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo loan products.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans through self-generated business and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, CPAs, and other sources.
• Build a consistent pipeline through networking and local market engagement.
• Guide borrowers from application through closing while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely loan closings.
