ProSource Wholesale is hiring for an Inside Sales/Business Development (Account Manager) role in Cincinnati. Base pay is $36k with commission; earning potential of $70k-$80k after year one.

This relationship‑driven position involves collaborating with contractors, designers, and trade pros to quote, plan, and win projects. You will be the go‑to resource for flooring, cabinets, and project materials, building a strong book of business while maintaining an organized CRM pipeline.

Formación

• Proven experience in inside sales or showroom sales.
• Experience with building materials or remodeling products is a plus.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with contractors and trade pros.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow relationships with contractors, builders, and designers.
• Be the go-to resource for flooring, cabinets, and project materials.
• Proactively reach out to new trade pros and bring them into ProSource.
• Help clients quote, plan, and win projects.
• Partner with the showroom team to close deals and deliver great experiences.
• Keep your pipeline organized and moving (CRM).
