Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of teller experience preferred.
• Background credit check and SAFÉ Mortgage Licensing Act compliance may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Open new accounts including savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects and assist with loan applications.
