You will identify client needs, cross-sell bank products, and assist with loan applications while maintaining regulatory compliance and a high standard of accuracy. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year teller experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to open accounts, process transactions, and cross-sell products.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
• Identify client needs via consultative conversations and recommend suitable products.
• Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, including during campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing when needed.
• Research and resolve client inquiries on account status in a timely manner.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend training and meetings to enhance product knowledge and compliance.
