Job summary

First Horizon Corp. is seeking a customer-focused Teller to provide teller and platform support, handle deposits, and assist clients with accounts and loan applications.

You will identify client needs, promote banking products, and ensure accurate processing while delivering top-notch service. The role requires basic education and some teller experience, with a strong emphasis on compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year teller experience preferred.
• Ability to handle daily financial transactions and customer deposits accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality customer service.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Open and process new deposit accounts including savings, IRAs, CDs, etc.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing when needed.
• Research and resolve client inquiries and account status issues.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and participate in training to stay updated on products and policies.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, risk management, and ethics.
