Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to keep client wait times to a minimum.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate bank products.
• Open and process deposit accounts and loans as needed.
• Cross-sell to deepen client relationships and participate in campaigns.
• Assist with daily operations and ensure compliance with policies.
