Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a customer service oriented Banking Associate in North Carolina. The role blends teller duties with platform support to ensure swift and accurate transactional processing and account opening.

You will identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate deposit and loan products, while building lasting relationships with customers. Training and collaboration with team members are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1 year teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality service.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Open and process new deposits including checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls and participate in campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing.
• Research and resolve client inquiries on account status.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve issues.
• Attend training to enhance product knowledge.
