Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide teller and platform support in a retail banking environment. You will open checking and savings accounts, process deposits, and help meet sales and referral goals while delivering excellent client experiences.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, cross-selling products, and supporting banking center management. A high school diploma or GED and prior teller experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year teller experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality service.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Open and process new deposits and accounts including savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls for client/prospect campaigns and sales goals.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing as needed.
• Resolve inquiries and provide timely responses on account status.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to improve service.
