Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year teller experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality service.
• Identify client needs via consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products.
• Open/process new deposit accounts including savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to grow relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing as needed.
