Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted relationships with clients. You will greet customers, open and service accounts, and demonstrate how Chase solutions meet their financial goals using digital tools.

You will work with branch teammates to provide seamless, compliant service and drive branch success. You will assist with account servicing, educate clients on digital self-service options, and contribute to achieving our financial goals

Qualifications

• Client service experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with technology and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with account servicing and opening new accounts while ensuring compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Support branch operations and cash devices in line with bank policies.
