Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance and assist with opening new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and handle cash devices in adherence to bank policies.
