Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, personalized service in our branch, representing our brand with hospitality and using the latest banking solutions. You will build trusted relationships and help clients achieve their financial goals.

You will educate clients on banking products, use Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and collaborate with branch teammates to ensure superior service and compliance with bank procedures.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients with clear, polite communication.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients as they enter the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients and team members.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
