• Provide account servicing, maintenance and new account openings while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day transactions and using digital options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions and offering product knowledge to meet client needs.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices handling, in compliance with bank policies.
