You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on accounts and services, and collaborate with branch teammates to achieve financial goals while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reading and speaking English and Spanish fluently is required for this role.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and coordinating meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge in partnership with branch teammates.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
