JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and expert product knowledge, helping clients reach their financial goals. You will greet clients, assist with accounts, and guide them through Chase Mobile App and online banking.

As part of the branch team, you will deliver attentive service, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate to achieve branch success through meaningful client relationships.

Formación

• Experience in client service or similar roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with attentiveness.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology tools like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Assist with branch operations including cash handling devices while adhering to policies.
