Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby flow, and schedule/cancel meetings using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts, following all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and cash devices while adhering to policies.
