Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, providing trusted banking counsel with a digital-first approach.

You will build strong client relationships, assess banking needs, and educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital tools while maintaining adherence to NMLS requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify client needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Open new accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self-service tools.
