Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtual interactions.
• Assess needs and recommend banking solutions (deposits, loans) based on individual goals.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with branch team to serve clients with accuracy and efficiency.
