Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients, including volunteering, education, military experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships by proactively identifying needs and opportunities that will help clients reach their financial goals and referring clients to appropriate partners.
• Serves as the first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering a high-touch client experience in the TD location.
• Assists with basic consumer account opening/maintenance and educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities while upholding TD’s risk and regulatory standards.

Education

High school diploma or GED

1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients

Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred

Notary License preferred
