Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused professional in Knoxville to deliver exceptional client service in person and on the phone, while expanding client relationships and offering financial solutions. The role includes occasional teller duties and cross-training for broader responsibilities within the branch.

Qualified candidates will have strong sales and communication skills, be able to multi-task, and comply with SAFE requirements and licensing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and pass NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task and travel for staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Consult with clients to offer financial solutions and refer for growth opportunities.
• Assist with teller duties as needed and maintain risk controls.
• Support branch sales targets through relationship development.
• Engage in ongoing training and product knowledge to assist clients.
