Job summary

Truist in Knoxville, TN seeks a Regular full‑time teller/customer service associate to provide accurate cash handling and outstanding client service. You will educate clients on digital banking options and support branch sales initiatives while maintaining compliance and records.

You will participate in IRM initiatives, engage in leadership routines, and pursue ongoing product knowledge through training and meetings to better serve commercial and consumer clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software
• Willingness to travel to cover staffing needs
• Weekend/extended hours and occasional travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options like ATMs, Online, and Mobile Banking.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to advance skills.
