Job summary

Truist is seeking a branch-based professional to deliver industry-leading client service in person and over the phone, while expanding and retaining client relationships. You will consult with clients, offer financial solutions, and refer complex needs to specialists to drive growth.

The role requires 2 years of sales/service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task, with occasional teller duties and travel for staffing needs. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days, including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities
