Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in client sales and service; ability to build relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass background checks.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed; some weekend/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals.
• Support teller duties as needed and process transactions.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for financial solutions.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Contribute to meeting branch sales targets through product recommendations.
