Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Exercise advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and problem resolution.
• Contribute to meeting branch sales targets by developing and retaining client relationships.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on changes.
• Engage clients with courteous service during transactions and guide them through branch services.
