The role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-selling opportunities, and collaboration with Retail Banking teams to meet client goals and community needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and a minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with responsiveness.
• Genuinely personable, empathetic, collaborative, and a solution-driven problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior service experience that satisfies guests and reflects First Bank & Trust’s culture.
• Develop, maintain, and grow profitable client relationships while minimizing risk.
• Perform general teller functions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and negotiable items.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer each day.
• Assist in opening new accounts and establishing new relationships.
• Educate clients on the bank’s products, services, and processes to meet client needs.
