Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of two years of related experience or the equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills through verbal and written correspondence, effective listening, and responsiveness.
• Personable, empathetic to others, collaborative, and a solutions-driven problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior service experience that satisfies the needs of the bank’s guests and reflects FBT’s culture and community commitment.
• Develop, maintain, and grow relationships that are profitable to the bank while minimizing risk.
• Perform general teller functions: deposits, withdrawals, payments, negotiable items.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer daily.
• Assist in the daily servicing of branch hardware and ATMs.
• Advise clients on bank products and solutions that meet their needs.
• Follow direction from the Retail Branch Manager to align daily work with goals.
