Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year banking, sales, or related experience; 6 months selling products/services.
• Must have S.A.F.E Act registration via NMLS at time of employment; meet requirements within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing a wide range of banking needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process loan applications.
• Proactively engage clients to understand financial needs and recommend products/digital tools.
