Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of two years of related experience
• Demonstrate strong communication through verbal and written correspondence
• Personable, empathetic, collaborative, and solutions-driven problem solver

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service experience that satisfies guests and reflects FBT’s culture
• Grow and manage relationships that are profitable while minimizing risk
• Perform general teller functions: deposits, withdrawals, payments, negotiable items; maintain balanced cash drawer
• Remain risk-aware and report suspicious transactions
• Assist in servicing branch hardware including ATM and TCRs
• Anticipate client needs and advise on beneficial solutions
• Educate clients on the bank’s products, services and processes
• Collaborate with Retail Branch Manager to align daily work with goals
• Seek and sustain community involvement
• Follow Loan Policy when originating, underwriting and closing loans
• Monitor deposit and credit portfolios for quality and risk
• Comply with policies and complete required training
