Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Internal product knowledge, teller, and platform training preferred.
• Attend a 5-7 day initial training program; company covers travel expenses such as mileage and lodging.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized customer experience in every interaction.
• Open new accounts, close accounts, initiate wire transfers, and support service requests.
• Educate customers on features, benefits, and digital tools; provide guidance or referrals as needed.
• Assist customers with balance discrepancies, debit card issues, and other service needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
