You will guide customers through banking products, promote digital tools, collaborate with specialists, and occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet branch needs. A strong sales and service background is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify customer needs and ask probing questions.
• Proven track record in building relationships and referring products.
• Strong digital technology skills to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask.
• Availability to work varying branch hours, including some weekends/evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and obtain NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and recommendations to customers.
• Assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Initiate relationships with customers and tailor solutions to goals.
• Introduce digital/mobile banking options and support usage.
• Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and set checkups.
• Follow all financial policies, cash handling and regulatory requirements.
