Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to improve relationships.
• Proven success building relationships and recommending products through in-person and phone interactions.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide customer solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, partners and specialists.
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking channels (app, ATMs) for transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking to address more complex financial needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and regulatory requirements.
