Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to strengthen relationships.
• Proven success in referring products and services via in-person and phone interactions.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals and solutions.
• Aptitude for problem solving and delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Demonstrated collaboration with teammates and specialists to serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide trusted financial advice.
• Offer recommendations across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Guide customers to digital and mobile banking options for convenience.
• Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
