Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven record of building relationships and recommending products.
• Experience using digital tech to support business goals.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask.
• Willingness to work varied branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• SAFE Act compliance and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Support spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital banking options (app/ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
