Citizens Bank seeks a customer service associate to help customers with financial decisions, from planning to borrowing and investing. You’ll introduce digital banking tools, partner with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams, and drive outbound calls to grow the customer base.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work varied branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Competenze

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
• Meet and comply with SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment screening checks.

Mansioni

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking via app or ATMs and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and regulatory requirements.
