Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and enable banking convenience.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise clients and connect them with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
