Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent the brand with hospitality and leverage banking solutions and financial technology. You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, using financial knowledge to provide thoughtful solutions that address their needs and support branch success.

The role requires customer-focused sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work some weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients.
• Ability to quickly resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training; knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Financial industry licenses: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required) and Life licenses; licensing from JPMorganChase program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients' needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
