Qualificações

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while following policies.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), and Life licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly to build lasting relationships and understand financial needs.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients and tailor banking solutions accordingly.
• Educate clients on technology options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them bank anytime.
• Learn products quickly and coordinate with specialists for more complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
