Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Relationship Banker to build and manage client relationships in a Chase Branch. You will deliver hospitable service, drive product recommendations, and help clients meet financial goals using Chase tools and technology.

You will collaborate with specialists to address complex needs and ensure compliance with banking regulations. The role requires at least 1 year of sales in retail banking, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while ensuring a consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licenses: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life license – must obtain via licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
