Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6 or state licenses required within 180 days.
• NMLS registration required; JPM Licensing program support provided.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and explain product features and benefits.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
