Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch. You will represent the brand with hospitality, acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, and use financial solutions to address customers’ needs.

The role requires 1+ year sales in retail banking, strong communication, and the ability to work weekend hours. You will complete required licenses (SIE, FINRA 6) within 180 days and adhere to banking regulations while helping clients navigate

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters/tolerances and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are minimum requirements with licensing through JPMorganChase within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
