Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, to tailor product recommendations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent service.
• Familiarity with regulatory banking requirements and risk frameworks.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and financial products to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or via phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
