Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and financial acumen. You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships while offering tailored financial solutions and leveraging mobile and online banking tools.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and collaborative teamwork. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in retail banking sales, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with tailored product recommendations.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, and state registrations (63 if required) minimum requirements; must obtain within 180 days.
• Adherence to risk, regulatory, and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
