Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and client care. You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and enhance the client experience.

You will learn products and procedures rapidly, work with a team of experts for complex needs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service to clients in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk & regulatory obligations and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
