Job summary

Citizens Bankers in Ohio is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to help customers with everyday banking and financial decisions. You’ll listen to needs, ask questions, and offer solutions that fit spending, saving, borrowing and investing goals.

You’ll promote digital banking, work with branch partners, and make outbound calls to grow our customer relationships while following all policies and cash-handling procedures. Weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify customer needs and improve relationships.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings.
• Comply with SAFE Act pre-employment checks and NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice to customers.
• Assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Help customers plan for future goals like home buying.
• Promote digital/mobile banking channels.
• Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow all policies and cash handling procedures.
