Job summary

Citizens Bank seeks a friendly, sales- and service-oriented individual to serve customers at the branch. You’ll provide financial recommendations, assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs, and promote digital banking solutions.

You’ll build relationships with customers, collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams, and conduct outbound calls to grow the client base. Flexibility to work weekends/evenings is expected.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkup appointments.
• Follow all financial policies and proper cash handling, laws and regulations.
