JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client service in a branch setting. You will welcome clients, understand their financial needs, and offer thoughtful banking solutions using Chase digital tools.

The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, adhering to regulatory requirements, and collaborating with a team of experts to assist clients with complex financial needs. Weekend and some evenings are required.

Qualifications

Create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service quality.
Excellent communication in person and over the phone, tailoring features to client needs.
Resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent service.
Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance.
High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent is required.
Be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust and anticipate needs.
Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and over the phone to tailor recommendations.
Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions with the team.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
