Job summary

Truist in Lincolnton, NC seeks a customer service associate to process client transactions and maintain accurate records. You will guide clients to digital banking options and assist with outbound calls to identify opportunities. A focus on IRM and cross-team collaboration is essential.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years in teller or client service, strong communication, and PC proficiency. Weekend hours and some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with transactions and accurate records.
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking options.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client solutions.
• Participate in retail leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
