Truist in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Regular Teller/Client Service Associate to deliver a friendly, efficient client experience while handling routine and complex transactions and guiding customers to digital solutions.

You will support sales initiatives, participate in leadership routines, and continuously build product knowledge to better serve both consumer and business clients. Some weekend hours may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and some weekend/extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
