Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions and mobile/online banking.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions accordingly.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and team activities.
• Pursue ongoing product knowledge and attend trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and resolve problems; adjust workload per branch needs.
